A ground photo of a festival shows a crowd. An aerial shows how many people came, how the grounds were laid out, and what the whole thing actually looked like — which is the shot the sponsor, the county and next year’s vendor packet all need.

Same for a business: a photo of a building shows a building. From two hundred feet you see the facility, the yard, the fleet and the site, which is the version that belongs on the website.

Book Early — This One Matters

Some flights need FAA authorization, and that can take 90 days.

Large events, anything near an airport, and any site inside controlled airspace may require authorization that is not instant. The sooner you reach out, the easier it is to secure your date, keep the process simple and keep the cost down. If your event is inside 90 days, still ask — a lot of sites clear immediately.
