Who we are

What we collect

Information you provide through a contact or quote form on this site: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location and whatever you write in the message field. Our forms are delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it by email.

Site analytics

This site runs on Squarespace, which collects standard analytics such as page views, referring pages, approximate location and device type. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

Project imagery

Photographs and video captured for a client are that client's property. Clearpoint does not publish, license or sell client project imagery without written permission from the client.

How we use your information

Only to respond to your enquiry, quote and deliver work, and keep records required for the operation of the business. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to run the site and deliver the work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are commercially useful. Project files are retained for the duration of the agreement plus twelve months, and for ten years on Build Record Plus and dry-in envelope flights, then deleted unless you ask otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing sheltong@clearpointaerial.com. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept for legal or insurance reasons.

Cookies

Squarespace sets cookies necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, for analytics. Your browser settings control whether cookies are accepted.

People and property captured in flight

Aerial work over an active site can incidentally capture people, vehicles and neighboring property. Clearpoint flies under FAA Part 107, does not fly for the purpose of recording individuals, and does not publish imagery in which a person or a neighboring property is the subject. If you appear in imagery captured at a site and want it removed from our files, email sheltong@clearpointaerial.com and it will be deleted from anything Clearpoint holds, subject to any record a client is contractually entitled to.
