Can you fly over a neighborhood?
Yes. Under Part 107 these are commercial operations over residential areas, and a full airspace evaluation is run before every shoot. If a site needs an authorization, I file it.
How long on site?
Thirty to sixty minutes for most residential properties. Larger acreage or a video package takes longer, and I will give you the estimate when the booking is confirmed.
Weather?
Drone work is weather dependent. If conditions are unsafe the shoot reschedules at no charge, and I will flag a likely delay early rather than on the morning.
Do you do construction too?
Yes, on scheduled plans. If you list new construction, the builder you work with may also want a dated build record through the build — worth mentioning to them, and it means the same operator shoots both.
