A recurring service. Your site is flown on a fixed schedule — monthly, bi-weekly or weekly — from the same positions and altitudes every visit, and the images are delivered dated and indexed into a folder that accumulates for the life of the job.

Commercial is $599, $999 or $1,799 a month for one, two or four visits. Residential is $349 or $599 a month per home. A single dry-in envelope flight is $495 with no contract.

No — it steps down. Three to five homes is $315 each on Build Record and $539 on Build Record Plus; six or more is $279 and $479. Three or more inside the same development count as one trip, so the six-or-more rate applies from the third house. Six homes on Build Record is $1,674 a month, not $2,094.

Two answers, and the first one matters more. Yours are yours. Every file is delivered to you at capture and you can keep it forever — download it, back it up, put it wherever your records live.
